White Mountain Audio Visual is more than an AV staging company.   We can help you plan and execute your meeting or event.  We have helped many meeting planners with tasks so they can concentrate on other planning details.  While we provide technical coordination and execution for events we also can provide CAD diagrams for seating or room layouts, arranging for tent structures, seating, entertainment, trade show environments, electrical distribution, plotting bus routes and creating signage.  We are here to assist you, the individual or corporate planner, to create the event you envision.
