White Mountain Audio Visuals Corporate Facility

In 2001 we purchased this local landmark.  It was the Carroll County Independent building in Center Ossipee.  This building was used to print the regional newspaper since 1924.  The property has 2 structures and has well over 15,000 sq.ft. of office and warehouse space.  The revitalization process was slowed due to structual problems encounted and the amount of 'Yankee Engineering' the building has undergone for the past 80 years. We are still working to make this building a useful as well as attractive property in Ossipee.
